Fares:

Guests have access to the entire apartment. To calculate the price of your stay, use the table:

In the first column you can find the price for one person; in the next columns there are prices to add for more people (in the second column the price for the second person, in the third column the additional price for each additional guest).

In the first line find the price for one night, if you stay longer you have to multiply this rate by the number of nights; in the second row there is the price for a week of stay.

A child under the age of 3 can be accommodated free of charge (in the additional camping cot, on request).

The rates in the table include the taxes, the cleaning of the apartment at the entrance, the Wi-fi (max 1 GB / day), all the consumption of water, electricity, the use of washing machine, bedroom and bathroom. For any further need, ask to Vanessa using the extra request field in the Contact and Booking Form, on the right.

RULES:
You cannot smoke in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed, except for small dogs.
BOOKING AND DEPOSIT:
In order to book the apartment you need to check its availability in the desired period by contacting Vanessa via the form on the right.
Subsequently, Vanessa will send payment instructions and bank details for the payment of the deposit, by bank transfer, Paypal *, Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Carta Aura) *.
The amount of the deposit is 80% of the stay price.
* All card data will be kept, transmitted and processed by PayPal and not by the Seller. PayPal adheres to the International Standards for PCI-DSS Compliance (Paper Data Safety Standards).
CANCELLATION AND REFUND:
You can cancel or modify the reservation up to 7 days before the agreed arrival with full refund of the deposit (or, of the amount paid if you proceeded to pay the full amount). In case of cancellation or changes made beyond this deadline, or failure to check-in, the deposit will be withheld.
BALANCE:
It is possible to pay the balance on arrival, that is the 20% of the stay price, but only in cash. Alternatively, you must pre-pay the full amount of stay at the time of booking.
